Who is responsible

The controller under the GDPR for this website is SL Spiking Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Subbelrather Str. 15 a, 50823 Köln, Deutschland, hi@spikinglabs.com.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA; certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with a data processing agreement). To deliver pages, Cloudflare necessarily processes your IP address and technical request data and keeps short-lived security logs. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our interest in a secure, working website.

No account, no cookies, no tracking

Allo Cars has no accounts and sets no cookies. We do not use analytics or advertising. What you type into a tool stays in your browser and in the page address, so it is only shared if you share the link.

Stored on your device

If you switch between light and dark, that choice is kept in your browser's local storage. On phones we also count there whether you have seen or closed the hint about installing the app, so it stops showing. A service worker keeps copies of the pages and data you opened, so they open quickly and work offline. All of this stays on your device and is never sent to us. It is needed for features you use (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can remove it by clearing the site data in your browser.

Fonts and data files

All fonts, scripts and data files load from this site. No font service or other third party receives your data when you open a page.

Open in Claude

If you press "Open in Claude", your browser opens claude.ai with your tool inputs and results in the message box. Anthropic (USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework) then receives them under its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent unless you press the button. "Copy for AI" only copies text to your clipboard.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Email us to use them. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
